General terms on satisfaction of DejaGear.com ( Owned and operated by Reizvoller.net, LLC )
Returns.
We only accept returns on damaged, improperly sent, or defective products. If the item is broken upon arrival, or it is not what you requested, or there is a major flaw within the manufacturing of the item please contact us via email describing the problem and we will provide instructions to get it exchanged for an identical item, get store credit, or have it repaired.
We NEVER resell returned products!
Discreet Packaging
For your privacy, we ship discreetly in plain boxes or standard issue boxes from the carriers.
Shipping Prices & Delivery Times
The time required to ship out a product changes depending on which product is being purchased. Please view the “Product estimated to ship in X Business days” below the Add to Cart button on each product for more details.
Domestic Shipping
DejaGear.com offers Ground ( standard ) and 2nd Day delivery.
International
We currently do NOT ship out of the United States of America. We hope to be able to ship internationally in the near future. Please keep an eye out for updates as this will change eventually.
Tracking Your Order
Contact the carrier directly and they will look it up using your tracking number. There are three different places that you can find your tracking number:
- Your Account Page
If you have a free account with DejaGear.com you can see your complete order history including order tracking status.
- Email Confirmation
As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an email confirmation, which will include your tracking number. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at sales@DejaGear.com and we will send you your tracking number.
- Order Status Page
You can also visit the DejaGear.com Order Status Page, where you will enter your Order ID. You will also enter your email address if you are not logged in. Please be sure to use the email address you used when you placed your order.
If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. DejaGear.com is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery.
Address Changes
If you need to edit or change the shipping address for your order, please contact ~/t-contact.aspx as soon as possible. If the package has already shipped with improper information due you ( the customer’s ) incorrect input please contact us within 24 hours, we may be able to fix the shipment but due to the nature of delivery we can’t make any promises or guarantees.
Undeliverable Orders
Undeliverable orders due to incorrect address information or missing address information ie: apartment number, suite or floor number etc. (including 2Day orders that are sent to PO boxes) will be returned to the DejaGear.com distribution center and charged freight charges a second time.
Please Note: Shipment time guarantees do not apply in the case of undeliverable packages.
Backordered Items
DejaGear.com does its best to keep up to date information of what is and is not in stock. In the unlikely event that such an order is placed, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered item via express service as soon as it is available. You will be given the option to opt out of the back ordered item and receive a refund for its listed value on DejaGear.com.
Definition of a Business Day All shipping times are based on business days. Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), but not weekends. For example, Overnight orders placed on a Friday before -6:00 GMT should arrive on the next business day, Monday. Overnight orders placed after -6:00 GMT on Fridays will be processed the next business day, Monday, and arrive the business day after that, Tuesday.
